What should I do if my kiosk doesn't turn on?

If your kiosk does not turn on, follow these steps to try to resolve the issue:

  • Check the connections: Ensure all connections to the kiosk are properly plugged in. Unplug and reconnect the kiosk at the screen, transformer, and power outlet to ensure a solid connection.

  • Wait and reconnect: If the kiosk still doesn’t turn on, unplug it either at the power outlet or directly from the kiosk. Wait about 20 seconds before plugging it back in.

  • Try a different power outlet: Plug the kiosk into another functional power outlet to check if the issue is with the previous outlet.

  • Test the power supply: If possible, use the power supply from another kiosk to see if the issue lies with the current power supply.

  • Contact support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please contact our support team.
