What should I do if no menu is activated on my kiosk?

If you notice that no menu is activated on your kiosk, follow these steps to try to resolve the issue:

  • Check the counter tablet settings: Access the counter tablet menu and verify if the kitchen is marked as open in the settings. Sometimes, the menu may not be activated due to a disabled setting.

  • Contact support: If no menu is activated on your kiosk even after checking the settings, please contact our support team.
