If your kitchen printer is not cutting the paper properly, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1- Open the hatch and remove the paper:
Make sure the printer is turned off to avoid any risk of injury. Open the hatch where the paper is loaded and remove any existing paper. Check for any small pieces of paper stuck inside the printer.
2- Press the paper feed button:
After removing the paper, press the paper feed button, usually located on the side of the printer. Ensure the paper cutting mechanism is functioning correctly.
3- Check if the paper is being cut properly:
Load a small amount of paper into the printer and perform a test print. Make sure the paper is cut to the desired length. If the issue persists, there may be a mechanical problem with the printer.
