Compatible POS Systems with COMO
The following POS systems are compatible with COMO: Zelty, l’Addition, Deliverect, Cashpad, Rushour, Sum Up V3, and LightSpeed K-series. If you are using the LightSpeed system, please contact the support team for assistance.
Setting Up Free Products in COMO
Before enabling COMO, make sure to configure the free products in your COMO space.
Enable COMO for Deals and Gifts
Follow these steps to activate COMO and offer “deals” or “gifts” to your customers:
In your back office, click on the “Marketing” tab in the left-hand menu.
Make sure the “Promotions” option is deactivated. Then, click “Yes” in the “Loyalty” tab.
Select COMO
A submenu will automatically open.
From the dropdown menu, select COMO by clicking on “None”.
Add the API Key
A new submenu will open.
Enter the API Key. To get this information, contact our support team at: support@tabesto.com.
Optional Display Settings
Display Wallet: You can choose to display or hide the wallet.
Display Loyalty Points Balance:
If you want to use rewards based on points, this field must be set to Yes.
Display International Phone Numbers:
By default, phone numbers are shown in French format. To display the international format:
Click “Yes.”
Choose the default country from the dropdown menu that appears.
Additional Paid Options
Paid Products: Activate the paid options for free products by clicking Yes.
Loyalty Button Animation: Enable the animation for the “My Loyalty - Cart Screen” button by clicking Yes.
Finally, click “Save” in the top-right corner to confirm your changes.
