Back Office - How to Create a Promotion

If you do not have a loyalty program with a partner (such as Pongo, Como, etc.), this tab can be activated. Please confirm with Tabesto that you have the required permissions to create a promotion.

Steps to Enable Promotions

  1. Go to the Marketing section and click on Promotions.

  2. Select the field Activate Promotions and set it to Yes.

  3. Click Save to confirm.

To set up your discount, follow these steps:

Go to Marketing > Promotions > Add a Promotion

Promotion Details (Required)

  • Active: Yes / No

  • Type: Promo code (default)

  • Name: The name of the promo code in the back office (visible to you only, e.g., "Code for Grand Opening").

  • Promo Code: The code the customer will enter on the kiosk (e.g., "DEAL10").

OFFER (Required)

  • Discount on Cart: Default applies to the entire cart for now.

  • Discount Type: % or fixed amount, depending on your needs.

  • Discount: Specify the amount or percentage.

CONDITIONS (Optional)

  • Dates: Set a start and/or end date for the promotion.

  • Maximum Usage: Specify how many times the promo code can be used.

  • Minimum Amount: Set a minimum cart total for the customer to qualify for the promo code.
