When can I access the platform to track my banking transactions?
The person responsible for your onboarding will create access for you once your Tabesto Pay account is complete and validated. After this, you will receive an activation email.
Click on the "Set My Password" link in the email to define your password.What can I do on the platform?
View daily transactions
Track bank deposits
Grant access to multiple users (e.g., accountant)
View retained commissions, gross, and net revenue
How can I retrieve my activation email?
The activation email to set your password is sent from noreply@market-pay.com with the subject:

Automatic digital invoices summarizing monthly acquisition fees are not yet available. Commissions can only be viewed in the Merchant Portal.

Transactions, regardless of the contract, are available in the Merchant Portal on D+1.What is the difference between accepted and acquired transactions?
Accepted Transactions: Represent the customer's ability to pay on the kiosk. Payment is instantly accepted or declined by MarketPay.
Acquired Transactions: Represent the funds you, as a restaurant owner, will receive in your account on D+1.
Why do I only see the day's gross amount?
It is normal for commissions and net amounts for the current day's transactions not to be displayed. They are visible on D+1.Why don’t I see all my companies?
To check which accounts, companies, and stores you can access:Click on your name in the general menu, then select "My Account".
Go to the "Scope" section.
If your scope is incomplete:
Operator Account: Your scope can only be modified by someone in your organization with an Admin Merchant account.
Admin Merchant Account: Contact the MarketPay team at serviceclientmp@market-pay.com to request a scope update.
Your account type is indicated under your name in the general menu.
