How can I create a suggestion per event?

Follow these steps to create an event-based suggestion on the platform:

  1. Access the Presentation tab: Log in to your account, go to the Presentation tab, then find the "Event-Based Suggestions" option in the menu and click on it.

  2. Select the relevant menu: Choose the menu where you want to create the event-based suggestion.

  3. Click on "Create an Event-Based Suggestion": Start the process by clicking the dedicated button.

  4. Fill in the tagline: In the Text field, add a phrase to attract your customers to your suggestion.

  5. Choose when the pop-up will appear: Indicate if the pop-up will appear at the beginning or end of the journey by selecting the type of event.

  6. Select the dish or category to highlight: In the Type field, choose the dish or category to highlight. Note that this field is optional if the pop-up is intended to provide information to the customer.

  7. Add the dish or category: Use the "Add option" button to add the dish or category to highlight (optional if the pop-up is only for providing information).

  8. Upload the photo: Add a photo to accompany your suggestion.

  9. Save: Click "Save" to apply the changes.

ℹ️ Important information: The event-based suggestion is available at the beginning ("welcome") or end of the journey ("bill request").

It is used to highlight a product (e.g., discover the Bubble tea of the month) or provide important information (e.g., "In-store orders only").

By following these steps, you can create an event-based suggestion to highlight a dish or category during a specific period or provide important information on your ordering kiosks.
